90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every guide sold at claimpdfguide.com comes with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If a guide isn't useful to you, email us within 90 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to return anything or explain why.

How to Request a Refund

Email claimpdfguide@gmail.com with your order number, or the email address you used at checkout. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours. Refunds go back to your original payment method; depending on your bank, they can take a few business days to appear.

This guarantee covers purchases made on claimpdfguide.com. Guides bought on other marketplaces, such as Etsy, follow that marketplace's own policy.

Download Problems

If something goes wrong with your download, we'll fix it right away:

1. You never received your download. If the download link never arrived or doesn't work, contact us and we'll re-send your files promptly.

2. The file is corrupted or won't open. We'll replace it with a working copy at no charge.

3. Duplicate purchase. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we'll refund the duplicate charge in full.

4. Wrong product delivered. If you received a different guide than the one you ordered, we'll send you the correct one immediately.

If a fix isn't what you want, the 90-day guarantee still applies.
