All Sales Are Final

At claimpdfguide.com, all of our products are digital PDF guides delivered instantly upon purchase. Because our products are downloadable digital goods that cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits, except where required by law or as described below.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Digital products differ from physical goods. Once a PDF guide has been delivered to you, it cannot be returned, and we have no way to verify that downloaded copies have been deleted. This policy protects the integrity of our products and allows us to keep prices low for all customers.

To help you make a confident purchase, each product page includes a detailed description of exactly what's inside the guide — including page counts, chapter breakdowns, and what you can expect to learn. We encourage you to review the full product description before buying.

Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we will gladly make it right in the following situations:

1. You never received your download. If your guide was not delivered after purchase (e.g., the download link never arrived or doesn't work), contact us and we will re-send your files promptly. If we are unable to deliver your product within a reasonable time, we will issue a full refund.

2. The file is corrupted or defective. If your PDF won't open or is damaged, we will replace it with a working copy at no charge. If we cannot provide a working file, we will issue a full refund.

3. Duplicate purchase. If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

4. Wrong product delivered. If you received a different guide than the one you ordered, we will send you the correct product immediately, or refund you if we cannot.

Most delivery issues are resolved within minutes. Before contacting us, please:

Check your spam/junk folder for the order confirmation email containing your download link
Make sure you're using the same email address you entered at checkout
Try opening the PDF with a free reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader

Chargebacks

If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us first at claimpdfguide@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Nearly every issue can be resolved quickly through our support team. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be disputed with evidence of digital delivery.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you a mandatory right to a refund, that right is unaffected by this policy.
